
When contracting Tropicway services, I do accept the following terms of service:
1. Services are booked inmediately after the client approves them. The final confirmation is done after the payment procedure is completed, and the Payment Receipt is sent via e-mail.
2. Payments can be done through deposit in bank account or by using credit/ debit card. The former procedure is done by following international security requirements that assure a Secure Online Payment.
3. After the services are confirmed, any change on them is possible, but the client will have to bear the cost of it. Unused parts or changes made on the client's decision have no refund.
4. Cancellations. If under certain circumstances a service must be cancelled, Tropicway commits to look for an alternative date to provide the service. If the service must be finally cancelled, the following clauses will rule:
1)Cancellation more than a month prior to service: 100% refund
2)Cancellation within 15-30 days prior to service: 50% refund
3)Cancellation in the last 15 days before service: no refund
